St. John’s Jesuit KROGER TRIP

 

This program runs separately from the TRIP program; all orders and tracking are handled separately but the reimbursement will be deposited into your TRIP account.

This means you must register for a TRIP account in order to receive your credit.

 

You will receive 85% of the KROGER tuition credit earned. A small percentage (15% of the total tuition credit amount) is retained by SJJ TRIP to cover administrative fees and supplies.

 

The program runs as follows:

  1. Request a St. John’s Jesuit TRIP account if you do not already have one.

 

  1. Place a gift card order on the St. John’s Jesuit Online Trip Store.

 

  1. You will receive the card(s) with an assigned number. This number will be used for tracking purposes.

 

  1. Once you have the card from SJJ TRIP you can use it and recharge it anytime at a KROGER register or Customer Service Desk (using cash, check, or major credit card).

 

  1. Each time SJJ TRIP collectively reaches $5,000 in recharges and orders, KROGER will send SJJ TRIP a rebate check, which will then be credited to each individual account accordingly.

 

Important Facts:

·         The starting gift card amount is $5. Kroger has established this starting point. Additional amounts can be added prior to your first use at Kroger.

 

·         Gift cards can be recharged for up to $500 at the Customer Service Desk and for lesser amounts at the registers as long as this is done as a separate transaction before your order is rung up.

 

·         KROGER and SJJ TRIP cannot be responsible for the card value if the card is lost or stolen.

 

·         A new card must come from SJJ TRIP in order to have it linked to the school and your TRIP account. A new card CANNOT be purchased at the store.

 

·         Multiple cards can be linked to the same family by designating the Account Last Name to be credited on the order form. For example: you can have a card for yourself, one for your spouse, a card for a relative or friend, and so on, which can all be linked to your SJJ TRIP account.

 

KROGER Orders will be processed any week when the minimum initial order (at least $200 from SJJ TRIP participants) is met. You will be notified when the cards are available for pick up in the business office.
